Roles & Responsibilities
- Primarily focus on the UICC profile validation and homologation with MNOs
- Collect & evaluate customer requirements and prepare internal requirements for R&D and other relevant departments
- Manage entire project life cycle from customer testing to trial production completion prior to mass production
- Manage customer complaints, communicate directly with customers and various internal departments to prepare findings report. Work closely with sales and other internal department to provide solutions to resolve the issues
- Work closely with sales to provide technical support such as tender documentation preparation, on-site/online product/solution presentation, etc
- Cooperate with the product manager to recommend suitable project solutions/products and provide market information to support internal product planning
- Cooperate with sales to maintain customer relationship and take initiative to visit customers regularly to follow up on current projects and understand new requirements
Experiences & Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Hands on experience in sim card in telecommunication industry.
- Excellent understanding of UICC/eUICC ETSI/3GPP/GSMA standards covering 3G/LTE/4G/5G networks is mandatory.
- Understanding of EMV standard and Visa/Mastercard/UPI payment card project experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
- Very good knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a global team supporting internal and external clients from different time zones.
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment is appreciated.
- Able to speak and write in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate.
- Training will be provided for fresh graduates and those with minimum experience.
