Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The TDM will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
Your Profile
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and team performance.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical project or delivery management roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
