Key Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight: Ensure vehicles and infrastructure (like rail, road, or air assets) are maintained and operated according to technical standards and best practices.
- Budget & Resource Management: Analyze budget and expenditure reports, formulate budgets for assets, and manage resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Compliance & Safety: Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols within the transportation sector.
- System Maintenance & Efficiency: Oversee the planning and execution of repairs and maintenance, as well as implement workflow improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing technical expertise to resolve problems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on asset conditions, review performance, and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
