Responsibilities:
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air-Con, Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV and General Building Services
- Able to carry out inspections, monitor system performance and supervision works when required
- Troubleshoot breakdown, maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment history record
- Be part of company implementation programs and initiatives, respond to emergency call for facilities breakdown
Requirements:
- Diploma /Nitech/Higher Nitch in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience in handling commercial buildings
- Able to work under minimal supervision, perform under pressure, pro-active
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good team worker
- Establish good rapport with the client, tenants and occupiers
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
- with class 3 driving license
