- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of software or infrastructure engineering practices including CI/CD, system design, and production operations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments.
