POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager based in Singapore. This role requires a unique combination of security, construction, project management, and leadership skills in the design and coordination of security systems and technology projects, to protect client assets. The Security Technical Project Manager must think holistically about security systems and how they impact the employee and visitor experience. This role will drive standards, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives through expert management of security vendors to meet stakeholders’ expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Working with the current Security technology team with responsibilities that include, but not limited to
- Managing security technology related projects (installation, technology upgrade, office expansion, software deployment, etc.).
- Help to design and implement various security solutions.
- Assisting with general service tasks, managing service requests, etc.
- Develop project plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with other vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet company standards and requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems in various locations throughout but not limited to the APAC region.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather project requirements, address concerns, and provide status updates.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Attend project meetings to report on project progress, discuss challenges, and strategize solutions.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure consistency, best practices, and knowledge sharing across projects
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient in CCURE with at least Level 1 certification.
- Proficient in Genetec with at least ETC certification or demonstrated practical ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and One Drive.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Basic experience Adobe or CAD software (to amend and update drawing)
- Familiar with e-builder is a plus.
