Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the identification and development of sales opportunities of testing and certification services in the construction industry .
- Identify, develop and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects
- Manage & service assigned accounts and be accountable for achieving sales targets
- Generate prompt and accurate quotations for inquiries
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects and partners Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries and feedback
Key Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical , Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience
- Prior work experience in building, construction or M&E consultancy industries is preferred
- Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services
- Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
- Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven
