As a Technical Security Consultant (Post-Sales) , you’ll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners. You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure network security products on customer premises or cloud environments.
- Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex security incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct technical training, workshops, and handovers to partners and end-users.
- Work closely with vendors and internal support teams for advanced issue resolution.
- Monitor deployments to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance. Assist in upgrade planning, patching, and lifecycle management of deployed solutions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with firewall configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence tools.
