About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketer to join our growing insurance and financial services team. As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and arranging appointments for our advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lead lists
- Schedule appointments between prospects and financial/insurance consultants
- Follow up on missed calls and maintain regular engagement
- Achieve monthly appointment-setting and call activity targets
- Update call activity and client information accurately in the CRM system
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Professional phone etiquette and positive, resilient attitude
- Goal-oriented and comfortable handling rejection
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
- Proven success in appointment setting or lead generation
