Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and debug test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products.
- Work on first silicon debug, device characterization, and production release.
- Debug digital vectors (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, MBIST).
- Characterize devices across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature).
- Support Mixed Signal IPs (ADC, DAC, PLL) testing and characterization.
- Drive yield improvement and test time reduction. Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years experience in Test Engineering preferred.
- Hands-on with Advantest 93K (SmarTest7/8) or Teradyne UFLEX – advantage.
- Strong in analog/digital electronics, problem-solving, and lab work.
- Excellent communication; able to work independently.
