General Summary:
As team coordinator, you will work closely with the Singapore Distribution and Marketing Team to support the planning and implementation of theatrical campaigns of WB’s slate.
You will be supporting both marketing and distribution in all areas of work with ownership of various scopes as detailed below. Your role will also involve working with external partners in Singapore (exhibitors, brand partners, media agencies etc) and to liaise with Home Office (US) and other department stake holders.
You will be supporting across different functions including trade marketing, paid media, publicity co-ordination, assets servicing, merchandise and PO related work as well as any aspect of co-ordination that is required by the Singapore team.
The role plays a crucial part in contributing to the overall revenue for Warner Bros Pictures in a fast-paced environment.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities (Marketing)
Publicity: Co-ordination of media/press relationships including the coordination of screenings, servicing publicity materials etc.
Exhibitor marketing support – promo contest fulfilment, in-cinema branding/displays.
Creative assets – download and upload assets for external partners including media, agencies and exhibitors.
Administration - Manage POs and marketing administrative work.
Continued support of the full team as needed.
Key Responsibilities (Distribution)
Data Reporting: Prepare and deliver Box Office reports daily, weekly, weekends, and ad hoc reports to various stakeholders within WBD and external partners
Billing and Invoicing: Updating weekly theatrical bookings into the system for vendor to process invoices to Exhibitors. Updating incoming invoices for processing payments to vendors.
Title Management: Monitor and update title information in systems, including approval of translations.
Screening Management: Organize and manage internal and external screenings for the team and the Regional Office. Ensure the availability of digital distribution materials for each film, handle logistics for screenings, and ensure screening equipment is operational.
Content Delivery & Management: Working with the Home Office, local vendors, and the cinemas to ensure the timely delivery of theatrical content and marketing materials required for all pre-release screenings and the general opening.
Censorship Submission: Submit film titles to censorship authorities and consult with them regarding decisions on each submission.
Additional Responsibilities:
Provide support and assistance with any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Experience required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including PivotTables) and PowerPoint; experience with databases.
Strong proficiency in English and Chinese Language (for translations). Experience in finance is advantageous
Key Traits: Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and with excellent time management skills
Genuine interest in the entertainment and film industry.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player.
