Company Background:
CSGT (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of China Steel Global Trading Coorporation, is a global steel trading company based in Singapore, with our origins from Taiwan. We have offices all over the world and we specialize in flat & long steel products. Our Singapore office is the HQ for South East Asia, managing and developing our businesses in the region. We are looking for an experience sales coordinator to assist our sales team.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Order Processing
Assist sales with order entry, confirm product specifications and delivery dates, maintain records, and follow up on related documents.
- Shipping & Logistics
Coordinate shipment schedules and track logistics and delivery documents.
- Cross-Department Coordination (Teamwork)
Liaise with QA, production, warehouse, and other teams to handle lead times, inventory, and product issues.
- Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on order and shipment status.
- Data & Reporting
Compile order, shipment, and inventory data; prepare regular sales reports and presentations.
- Liaise and Reporting to HQ
Liaise and report to HQ in Taiwan in Mandarin
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma
Computer Literacy - Microsoft Office - Words, Excel, Outlook…
Able to communicate and email in Mandarin
Responsible
Teamwork - able to work with teams across South East Asia and HQ
