Responsibilities
- Accurately identify high potential merchants and drive accelerated incubation with a focus on seller cold start, growth, retention and graduation.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals for both content & non-content channels.
- Able to lead category & merchant strategy special projects when needed, driving high-priority business initiatives with data analytics, strategic research, and project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. content, marketing, operations) to create impactful campaigns aligned with category goals.
- Monitor key metrics and develop actionable insights to continuously optimize campaign outcomes and seller engagement.
