Training & Certification Delivery
- Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops on restroom hygiene and maintenance for coffeeshop staff.
- Ensure training materials meet NEA standards and are tailored to participants’ language and literacy needs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions with each coffeeshop based on grant application approvals.
- Facilitate assessments and ensure successful certification of trainees.
