Responsibilities:
- Provide Presales support on solutions including DLP, Data backup, and system applications to our clients and partners.
- Provide implementation and technical support services for system, security and network solutions.
- Troubleshoot reported issues and working technology vendors for escalation.
- Ensure the completion and follow-up of daily operations and tasks.
- Provide technical support for tender submission, including technical compliance, technical solution proposal, and conducting Proof-of-Concept testing.
- Evaluate and test security and network products and technologies for new solutions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing, managing, and implementing cybersecurity for multi-vendor infrastructure.
- Microsoft based Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RADIUS & AAA servers.
- Microsoft based Certificate Authority.
- Window/Linux/UNIX OS environments.
- Experience in cloud deployments and integration for AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues or perform technical setup with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge in SQL system such as MSSQL, Oracle, MYSQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with networking solutions (i.e. switching, routing) is required.
