Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of building facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
- Plan and manage renovation and improvement projects
- Develop and control facilities budget, ensuring cost efficiency
- Manage service contracts and vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Lead facilities team and supervise maintenance staff
- Coordinate space planning and office layout changes
- Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management
- Develop emergency and disaster recovery plans
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management is preferred
- Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management (Level 2) or equivalent recognized qualificationn
