Vision Plus V10 Production Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for Vision Plus V10, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
Utilize technical knowledge of Vision Plus V10's features and functionality to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and implement fixes to prevent future problems.
Document knowledge and experiences, sharing best practices with the team to improve overall support efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with Vision Plus V10 or similar financial software applications.
Strong understanding of financial transaction processing, account management, and payment systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certification in Vision Plus V10 or related financial software applications.
Experience working with financial institutions, transaction processing companies, or similar organizations.
