Responsibilities:
- Develop and present clear visual maps and process flows to support business cases for change.
- Create and maintain documentation for VSM activities, including visual boards, metrics dashboards, and standard work.
- Identify relevant metrics and define the measurement system
- Apply system thinking to uncover bottlenecks
- Setup regular audits for measuring process readiness and adherence
- Improve engagement between teams and stakeholders
- Workshop Facilitation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Operations, Business, or Technology
- Minimum of 5+years related work experience
- Minimum 8+ years of combined business or technology experience within an Agile environment
- Sound knowledge and experience in Process Mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who understands people's concerns
Good To Have:
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency and competencies in using and implementing VSM tools and techniques are advantageous.
