- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Operations Department (Production, Warehouse, Testing, Logistics)
- Ensure smooth running of office operations
- Manage, generate, and issue test certificates
- Control and maintain manufacturers’ and third-party certificates
- Liaise with logistics and sales teams on certificate deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates before issuance
- Maintain records of all certificates and client product history (hard and soft copies)
- Generate Certificates of Conformance from suppliers’ websites
- Perform general document control
- Update job records in Excel based on Technical Service Department timesheets
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
