We’re building a dedicated supply chain to deliver fresh produce, groceries, and condiments to businesses (e.g., restaurants, canteens).
Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities: Coordinate daily warehouse management and allocate personnel appropriately to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, picking, and palletizing, while ensuring product safety, operational safety, and fire safety.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of departmental management personnel (team leaders, data clerks), ensuring continuous improvement in overall departmental performance and achieving optimal cost-effectiveness and user experience.
2. Responsible for the evaluation and replacement of frontline staff, establishing a comprehensive piecework model and business training and evaluation system to empower the management team and improve employee efficiency and quality.
3. Monitor employee attendance and scheduling for each shift and group based on the day's orders and staff pool, ensuring that all warehouses open on time while maintaining control over rates and quality.
4. Cooperate with superiors, be prepared to respond to emergencies, and coordinate internal and external resources. sourcing, and complete warehouse operations.
5. Responsible for daily communication with logistics, procurement, sales, and other collaborative departments, ensuring timely feedback to all relevant links in the warehouse department.
6. Responsible for analyzing all data and issues within the warehouse department, reporting promptly to superiors, and developing optimization plans to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and ensure contract compliance.
7. Responsible for business communication with the park property management to ensure timely rectification of warehouse hardware issues.
8. Regularly organize fire training and fire drills, ensure fire prevention and theft prevention management in the warehouse area, supervise the operation of special equipment (especially high-altitude operations), and eliminate safety hazards.
9. Complete other reasonable temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Education Requirement: Diploma or above
2. Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 years of experience in overall warehouse management in the catering and distribution industry, familiarity with local employment policies and a sufficient local labor pool.
3. Abilities: Excellent coordination, strong execution, quick learning, and good communication skills.
4. Professional Knowledge/Skills: ERP and WMS system operation skills; professional cold chain storage and transportation knowledge.
