Workplace Engagement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive workplace experience, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives.
• Manage internal communications and office-wide events.
• Oversee office space planning, etiquette, and sustainability efforts.
• Supervise vendor performance and support facilities operations.
• Guide junior staff and ensure workplace safety through regular audits and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, communications, or event/CSR management.
• Strong communicator with skills in content creation and internal engagement.
• Proven track record in managing CSR or large-scale events.
• Proactive, people-oriented, with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
