Job Scope:
- Develop, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, risk assessments, and safe work procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor compliance with the WSH Act, Codes of Practice, and other relevant statutory requirements across all project sites.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies on WSH matters and ensure proper communication and follow-up.
- Manage and report workplace incidents or non-compliance cases, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate WSH documentation (e.g., safety reports, logs, training records) and drive initiatives to strengthen site safety culture and performance.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Personnel, preferably within the construction engineering or semiconductor industry
- HOOK-UP project experience is an added advantage
- Holds valid certifications in Occupational Health and Safety and Work at Height
- MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification is required
