- Manage the full set of accounts for both local and overseas entities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial records
- Maintain and operate the QuickBooks system, including data entry, account maintenance, and report generation
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis reports and internal management reports
- Support compliance filings and tax submissions for both local and overseas entities
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records with relevant regulations
- Perform ad-hoc accounting or administrative tasks and support scheduling needs as assigned by management
