- To perform monthly Balance Sheet and Bank reconciliations
- To perform Month end closing by ensuring all relevant revenue and costs are picked up in the correct accounting period
- To assist in maintaining the fixed asset ledger
- To support the Cost Controller in carrying out monthly inventory checks
- To oversee the Cost Control function in the absence of the Cost Controller
- To assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements for ad hoc events
- To assist in the preparation of all financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
- To assist in compiling and responding to internal and external audit & tax queries
- Performs any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Finance Manager or the Management.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related discipline with 3-5 years related experience and/or training in similar capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel / Word) and experience with PMS like Opera and Accounting system SAP.
