Lead analytics for our multi-channel distribution strategy, including partnership channels. This role owns the translation of high-level channel strategy into actionable data science use cases that drive acquisition, retention, and channel efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders across distribution, marketing, and product to define, monitor and communicate KPIs for each channel (e.g., sales funnel analytics, quote-to-policy, CAC/LTV).
- Build and deploy models to optimize acquisition (e.g., lead scoring, next-best-action).
- Analyze partner/channel performance and recommend reallocations of marketing and operational resources.
- Build dashboards for real-time monitoring of distribution performance.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 5+ years in life insurance or financial services analytics with deep knowledge of distribution models (e.g., tied agents, MDRTs, Financial Advisors, Independent Agents).
Proven experience optimizing multichannel strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience leading strategic analytics engagements with cross-functional leaders (distribution, marketing, finance).
- Ability to clearly articulate model outcomes to non-technical partners.
- Proven ability to make complex data science concepts comprehensible to various types of audiences.
- Data Science Acumen: Proficiency in statistical methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and time series analysis. Proficient in uplift modelling and lifetime value modelling. The ability to connect data insights with business strategy and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Technical Familiarity Familiarity with Databricks or Google Vertex AI and BigQuery .
