Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), financial reports and budgets for both Corporate and Director’s personal accounts.
- Reconcile bank statement and records for both Corporate and Director’s personal finances.
- Analyse and comprehend financial statements, reports and related financial matters.
- Assist in payroll including salaries, bonuses, and deductions and ensure statutory compliance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications on behalf of the Director.
- Liaise with legal advisors, consultants and external parties on matters relating to the Director’s personal and family office matters.
- Handle expenses claim for the Director.
- Handle Corporate and Director’s Compliance Matters including CPF Submissions, Corppass Management, IRAS Filings (Corporate and Director’s Personal) and Company Taxes and Statutory Filings
- Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive family’s financial and personal matters.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administration, with at least 1 – 2 years providing secretarial or administrative support to Senior Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communications and writing skills for both English and Chinese (to communicate effectively with customers, business partners and associates).
- Highly organized, mature, meticulous with strong to details.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
