- Assist in daily finance and admin operations
- Assist in recording of accounting entries into Dynamic accounting system;
- Assist in Procurement documentation and filing;
- General office administration such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, office supplies, office cleaning & maintenance etc;
- Assist in preparing documents for submission of government grant claims;
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager in-charge
Requirements
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fast learner with strong sense of initiative & good communication skills- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good working attitude
