Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing.
- Oversee the preparation and finalisation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and account reconciliation.
- Work with internal departments to facilitate intercompany activities.
- Liaise with external entities such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local tax and government authorities as needed.
- Support compliance with all finance-related filing requirements, both statutory and internal, including tax filings and audits.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems as required.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
