Requirements:
- Minimum “O” Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic administrative skills and good organisational habits.
- Comfortable with office software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs). Clear and professional communication skills — both verbal and written.
Duties and roles:
- Enter and manage data for office documents, HR files, and workshop records.
- Keep the office stocked and tidy — purchase pantry items, stationery, and supervise cleaning staff.
- Answer phone calls and handle general inquiries.
- Calculate workers’ overtime and maintain accurate records.
- Manage schedules, scan documents, maintain filing systems, and perform other administrative tasks. Assist with various ad-hoc projects to keep things running efficiently.

- Salary range: $1,800 – $2,200 per month (depending on experience).
