Job Description:
- Handle insurance matters for company vehicles, including application, renewal, and VPC (Vehicle Parking Certificate) administration.
- Coordinate and arrange company event-related matters, such as buffet ordering and necessary logistics.
- Oversee office facilities maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage purchasing of pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, and other necessary items.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on company IT matters, including desktop, laptop, and server setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage company vehicle rental matters.
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative or office management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
