Job description:
Office Administration
- Maintaining a proper filing and storage system fulfilling company’s legal obligations.
- Handling of incoming calls.
- Purchasing and arrange freight from overseas factories.
- Issues invoices to customers, schedule deliveries
Sales
- Coordinate deliveries to retail customers and project sites
- Assist the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
- Assist of walk-in sales enquiry
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE “N”level
- Min 2-3 years admin experience
- Good IT knowledge
- Self driven, highly-motivated and result-orientated
- Creative, energetic and meticulous with a high degree of initiative
- Proficient in MS office application
- Candidate must be independent and meticulous
