Responsability
Brand management:
- Translate global brand portfolio strategies into regional and local initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs
- Coordinate with marketing managers and sales managers to plan and develop marketing plans/budget and business with specific focus for China, Australia-New Zealand, North East Asia and South East Asia but having an influence for whole APAC Region
- Creates brand presentations, product release presentations, assortment plans, brand news updates and other training materials for sales support
- Own regional brand growth KPIs, ensuring the successful implementation of local marketing and commercial strategies.
Distribution and pricing strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of distribution strategies to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with global standards
- Participates in product selection, pricing and collection maintenance
- Works closely with planning to allocate product by channel of distribution
Sales support and market intelligence:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive integration of marketing and distribution efforts with business objective across APAC.
- Analyse sales to understand and react to the current business situation for brands managed
- Reports on business and distribution strategy for all sales channels
- Assist commercial team and distributors in developing a deep understanding of brand values and product offerings, manage training on the new collection
- Conduct regular market visits and gather feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 3 years in brand management, preferably in the APAC region
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
- English proficiency required, Mandarin a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel
