- Monitor daily food preparation.
- Responsible for preparing ingredients at the establishment, cooking, processing customer orders, maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace area.
- Maintain supply of foods, daily stock take and ordering.
- Checking of incoming goods upon arrival and the invoice.
- Perform routine inspection and evaluation of work station, including food presentation, food hygiene, safety in the kitchen area and cleanliness.
- Mentor kitchen team on maintaining recipe, cooking and preparation procedures & standards.
- Train a new comer whenever applicable.
- Good attitude, innovative of new foods, meticulous, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Team player and good learning attitude.
- Performing any other duties as required by the Employer within the scope of position.
