Position : Entry-Level Architect Meeting Coordinator
Purpose of the Role
The Architect Meeting Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening Aguner’s relationships with architectural firms across Singapore.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Call and email architects’ offices to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Visit architects’ offices (with Aguner’s technical team) to introduce our siphonic system and promote CPD talks.
- Coordinate CPD sessions with Aguner’s technical team, ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide timely support to architects for design-related queries and project needs.
- Assist during presentations (online via Zoom or in-person) and handle logistics.
- Collect and report feedback from architects to help improve engagement strategies.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of architects and firms in Singapore.
- Support event coordination for architect networking sessions or product launches.
Qualifications & Skills
- ITE (Higher NITEC) or GCE “A” Levels or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings and presentations.
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
