• Assist in directing and overseeing the work of workers doing.
• Help allocate tasks based on the daily work plan.
• Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring it aligns with project specifications and drawings.
• Report progress updates and any delays to the Site Supervisor.
• Maintain daily site reports, including:
  Worker attendance (timesheets)
  Work completed
  Materials delivered/used
  Equipment on site
  Photos of progress and issues
  Weather conditions etc
