Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction activities, including planning, M&E coordination, and supervision of Project Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure smooth execution of on-site works. Provide direct support to the Project Manager and Design Manager in developing and implementing effective construction, installation methodologies and combined services co-ordination plan. Basic knowledge on common bracketry system and co-ordination with Civil Contractors on all wall/floor opening details.
- Possess in-depth expertise in power supply systems, covering installation, testing, and maintenance practices, with strict adherence to safety protocols established by the Safety Committee in line with the organization's zero-accident policy.
- Actively participate in technical workshops and coordination meetings with stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment across teams. Capable of interpreting and reviewing technical drawings, Primavera P6 schedules, and work program to monitor progress and anticipate challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sub-contractor meetings, manage resource allocation, and ensure efficient deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 15 years and above of experience in site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Demonstrate your ability to lead site teams effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Showcase your expertise in managing construction schedules and budgets efficiently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
