Position: Assistant Centre Manager
Location: Hougang
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Assistant Centre Manager to support our branch operations and ensure a high standard of customer service and sales conversion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth branch performance
- Present and explain our educational programmes to parents and prospective clients
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through confident and informed communication
- Attend to the needs of enrolled students and their parents, providing timely support
- Coordinate and schedule Parent-Teacher Meetings and maintain records of feedback
- Track and ensure the accuracy of student attendance and class rosters
- Liaise with teaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless parent experience
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour
- Passionate about helping customers and delivering quality service
- Prior experience in education or customer service preferred
Work Requirements
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and four weekdays
- Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Prior experience in education or customer service preferred
- Commission given above basic salary
