The Organisational Planning Department supports senior management in corporate planning processes, events and strategic resourcing[What you will be working on]
As a Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Executive Manager (OPD), your key responsibilities will include the following:
Plan, organise and execute corporate planning events and activities.
Coordinate the application process for funding proposals to ensure that NEA’s programmes are adequately resourced.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to prepare corporate performance reports for management reporting.
Perform secretariat duties to meetings and conduct research on environmental issues.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Meticulous with strong communication skills including presentation and writing skills.
A self-starter and team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions, from Board and Senior Management to ground officers.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
Outgoing and pleasant personality
