Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, 5/6-day work week (alternate weeks, including weekends)

This is a meaningful and essential role supporting families during their most difficult times. Candidates must be comfortable with being in physical contact with the deceased as part of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily schedules and deploy manpower effectively
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service and oversee the smooth operation of funeral parlours
- Ensure professional service delivery and uphold company standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or other customer-facing sectors is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and able to work independently
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
