- Led and guide the quantity surveying team to ensure timely, high-quality contract administration.
- Advise on and resolve contract claims, disputes, and adjustments.
- Managed project budgets, cash flows, and adjustments due to design or scope changes.
- Oversee main contract progress claims and subcontractor payments.
- Coordinated timely award and finalization of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
