• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering.
• Min. 10 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
• Able to work independently, carry out presentation/costing to management.
• Able to manage and lead team of project QS.
• Able to work closely with whole technical team and carry out management’s direction.
• Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Able to carry out subcontract and contract administration.
• Interpret, review engineering documents such as specifications, drawings and scope of work.
• Taking off quantities and calling of quotations.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities, detail pricing breakdown, cost comparison and cost summary.
