Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full setup and teardown of banquet venues.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships and rapport with clients.
- Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming for banquet setups and service enhancements.
- Promptly follow up on client enquiries and resolve complaints when escalated.
- Possess experience in supervising banquet venue staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and professional food & beverage services.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Oversee the management of banquet assets and inventory. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a cheerful and pleasant demeanor. Effective team player with a high level of initiative.
