BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM team and ensuring projects meet required quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare and maintain execution frameworks to support consistent project delivery.
• Apply advanced modelling approaches within broader digital project delivery strategies.
• Identify and address coordination issues across disciplines, facilitating resolution through structured meetings.
• Oversee project planning and cost-related modelling workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in digital models promptly.
• Supervise and mentor the BIM team, fostering skills development and performance improvement.
• Advise on strategic implementation of digital design methodologies.
• Manage project resources and timelines for efficient delivery.
• Organise and deliver training to enhance technical capabilities within the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Specialist Diploma in BIM
• At least 5 years’ experience in BIM management
• Familiar with Singapore and industry-specific modelling standards
• Commitment to staying informed on emerging digital design trends and practices
• Strong knowledge of design processes, tools, and related technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
