Job Scope
- Develop collateral business relationship with potential partners
- Manage key accounts ensuring and support up-to-date product information and standards
- Motivate, track and maintain partners' relationship and performance to achieve KPIs
- Managing online and active content update on social media platforms, eg: LinkedIn
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Prepare online newsletter and promotion materials and organize distribution through various online media channels
- Collaborate with Business owner in preparing sales report
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports
- Any other reasonable request, as required by Management
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive
- Good understanding of modern market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- High-level communication and networking skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience and market knowledgeable in control and automation industries
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Keen eye for details and familiar with social media
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Ability to remain calm & professional in a fast-paced work environment
- Diploma / Technical / Engineering discipline
