Roles & Responsibilities
- Overall running of the daily operations of the preschool
- Administrative work in the office is up to date
- Leadership role in supervising and managing the team in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Crucial role in building relationships with parents and the wider community, addressing concerns and ensuring
open communication
- Aid in checking in and out of children and visitor
- Follow up on any maintenance issues with providers
- Update and reporting of any issues to the Centre Principal
- Assist in the logistics and planning (if any) for Special Projects and or events such as Orientation /Graduation etc
- Assist in checking in and out the children for the respective functions
- To coordinate with parents on events
- To counter check on staff input of leave and update HR
- Parents administrative needs and internal registration process and for ECDA's requirements for subsidy
- Submission and follow up with ICA for student passes for admissions and withdrawals
- Follow up with withdrawal procedures till Finance has refunded the money to the parent
- Update and ensure all incidents, housekeeping and other matters are recorded daily into Little Lives
