Position: In-House Chef (Full-Time)
Salary: Based on experience (No overtime pay)
We are hiring a full-time chef to manage daily meal preparation for a small team. This role is best suited for someone with strong stamina , the ability to work independently , and a tough mindset .
Responsibilities:
- Prepare 3 meals a day, 6 days a week , with limited off days
- Plan menus with minimal budget and ingredients
- Handle grocery shopping, food prep, cooking, and cleaning (no kitchen assistant)
- Maintain hygiene standards with limited kitchen resources
- Occasionally cook for unexpected guests or large groups with little notice
Requirements:
- Prior cooking experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Able to work in hot kitchen conditions for long hours
- Not afraid of repetition or criticism
- Must be okay with very limited leave during peak periods
