You must be able to commit to a 3-month assignment.
Responsibilities
- To ensure quality output for all work being assigned or distributed
- Attending to phone calls and enquiries
- Appointment of surveyors, adjusters or lawyers as instructed by the Executives
- Prepare and send letters
- Filing all claims documents to DMS
- Register new claim, revise reserves and close file
- Prepare and input payment/recovery documents (with or without GST, as applicable)
- Checking of daily input of claim data/payments
- Retrieving files for incoming mail
- Prepare reports
- Maintain sufficient supplies of printed forms and stationery items, and liaise with the relevant division to order and replenish stocks
- Handle all reinsurance claims
- Warehouse management
- Any other task which the Company may assign from time to time
Requirements
- Possess a recognised Diploma or higher qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in Office365 Word and Excel applications
- Accurate and meticulous
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through emails
- Ability to work well in a team
- Mature and able to work independently
