Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stewarding operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all kitchen and service areas.
- Lead and motivate a team of stewards to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Plan staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
- Enforce workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation policies.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering of cleaning supplies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in stewarding or related field.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and cleaning procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
