Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of cleaning services across various sites.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate cleaning operations to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Staff Supervision & Training
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning personnel to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
Client Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure service excellence and satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning operations.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Inventory & Budget Management
- Oversee procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Monitor operational expenses and manage budgets efficiently.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office and operations management systems.
- Valid driver’s license (required for travel between sites, if applicable).
