Job Scope
- Contact customers for collection of payments
- Develop good customer relationship
- Ensure accurate payments made by customers
- Submission of collections to Account Receivable at the end of the day
Requirement
- Valid driving license
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic financial knowledge
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- At least a secondary school (O-Level or N-Level) education
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or finance is a plus
